RETURN

We hope that it will not be needed, but if happens something like that, Fashion Square will do everything that both sides would be happy. If you purchased the clothing or footwear, but size did not fit - let us know and write us by email info@dizdiz.lt about it immediately after receiving your order. We will change to a different size / model or refund.

Defective goods replacement or refund in accordance with the 'Return and exchange rules, approved in 2001. 29 June. Republic of Lithuania Minister of Economy  No. 217th:

1. Bought items in FASHION SQUARE online store, you can return within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

2. Please email to us (info@dizdiz.lt ) and inform about goods that you want to return or replace.

3. The returned item must be unused.

4. Please add a bill or a copy of your bank account number in order to return the money.

5. We commit  to transfer the money to your account within 4 working days.
